Stroke gives woman foreign accent
Linda Walker says she hates what has happened to her. A UK woman (Newcastle) has apparently developed foreign accents after waking up following a stroke. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/tyne/5144300.stm.
I keep thinking, if the stroke caused brain demage (e.g. 95%), what part of the world would her accent be from or what job she could do?. I am sure there will be many answers to this :-)
